Maison Pilates – Yearly Membership Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all clients who purchase a yearly membership at Maison Pilates.

1. Membership Duration

• The yearly membership is valid for 12 consecutive months, starting on the 1st day of the month in which it is activated or adjusted.

• If purchased after the 1st day of a month, the start date, classes, credits, and charges will be reset to align with the studio’s calendar on the 1st of the following month.

2. Payment

• Full payment is domiciled on the 1st day of each calendar month.

• Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• A non-refundable sign-up fee of €50 will be charged at the time of registration.

• Any additional charges (e.g., for extra classes in months with an additional weekly session) will be automatically included in that month’s payment.

3. Class Reservations

• Members may reserve a fixed weekly class time, subject to availability. This grants priority access to that class each week.

• Reservations must be confirmed with studio staff and may be adjusted in special cases with prior notice.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

• Members must cancel a reserved class within the studio’s 24-hour cancellation window to avoid losing a credit.

5. Freezes and Extensions

• Yearly memberships can be frozen twice per year for a minimum of 4 weeks and a maximum of 8 weeks, with at least 7 days’ notice.

• Freeze requests must be submitted via email.

6. Studio Closures

• Memberships are priced and scheduled to account for any short studio closures (e.g., public holidays, maintenance).

• No compensation or extension will be offered for these short closures unless they exceed 7 consecutive days.

7. Changes to Schedule or Services

• Maison Pilates reserves the right to modify class schedules, instructors, or services at any time.

8. Health and Liability

• By participating in classes, members confirm that they are in good health and physically able to participate.

• Maison Pilates is not responsible for any injuries sustained during classes.

9. Unused Class Credits

• Class credits that are not consumed during a given month can be transferred to the following month, as long as the membership remains active and the member is up to date with payments.

10. Cancellation Policy

• If you wish to cancel your yearly membership before the 12 months have passed, a cancellation fee will apply.

• The cancellation fee will be the difference between the equivalent monthly membership package and the yearly membership package for the duration you have been subscribed, plus a €150 cancellation fee.

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

11. Agreement

• By purchasing a yearly membership, the client agrees to these terms and conditions in full.
